John
Fleming spends the majority of his time in project management.
But he most enjoys sales, for reasons that
might surprise you. He realizes that he’s not selling you
on WSA. He’s actually enabling prospective clients to begin
the process of realizing a dream.
You’ll discover that he’s much more interested in
learning about your project than he is in telling you about WSA.
It’s only after he thoroughly understands your expectations
that he can help you to determine whether WSA may be a good choice
for you. And once your project begins, you’ll see that
you’re in good hands. He’ll provide an uncommon level
of attentiveness and customer service.
John’s relationship with WSA began more than 20 years
ago, when the company built him a home near Winthrop in the mid
eighties. Ten years later, John was a dealer for Timberpeg Post
and Beam Homes, and worked with Donnie Wallis on the construction
of most of his clients’ homes in the Methow Valley.
John lives
with his wife, Melodie in Twisp, where they’ve
recently remodeled a small home on the Methow River. They have
four grown daughters, and a half dozen grandchildren, all living
in the Northwest.
